{Jambalaya} 1980


Le jambalaya est un plat cajun, qui tire ses racines du mot français jambon et de l´africain ya, qui veut dire riz. C´est donc littéralement un plat de jambon avec du riz, souvent très épicé. On peut préparer ce jambalaya avec des crevettes, ou du porc.
